Check Engine Light / Spark Plugs
#26
Monchie, do some research and you will find that to do a ecu reset you need to do much more than take off a battery cable
I mentioned your post count because someone with that many posts and has been here almost 6years should know a lot more
Let me google that for you

I know there are different ways to do it, but that's what i do when my check engine light goes on, specially when its time for a smog test, i do that and drive the car some miles and the code(s) disappear, and boom...the code(s) are gone and my car pass the smog test. Eventually, it will come back, but at least it pass the smog...

I'm having the same issue. I replaced my plugs, my wires, and coils. At first it was off and stayed off. For a few miles. Then it would blink but go off, now it blinks and stays on and blinks again. Ive read some things it could be, but the car is running good. I'm hoping its just a fuse or and easy fix... thanks for any help.

Get your OBD scanned for a code.
If you had bad ignition components, it's possible the cat is failing.
