Chipped my windshield today...
Following my mom to the hospital to see my aunts new baby (my aunt is only like 5 years older than me by the way) and my moms truck throws a rock and cracks my windshield. ARGH!

Your comprehensive insurance will cover it. If it can be repaired, rather than replaced, insurance companies usually waive the deductable (if there's a deductable).
That you know who's vehicle threw up the rock probably doesn't matter. A friend's windhsield was hit by a rock thrown up by a dump truck. She chased the dump truck down and got his info. Her insurance company told her that didn't matter - rock thrown up wasn't considered to be a fault thing, nobody was to blame, and it was covered by comprehensive.
That might vary from state to state.
Next time follow a little further back.

Sorry to hear that.
I don't follow too closely for reasons like that but I hate when some dipsh*t sees my nice car and goes over to the shoulder to try and kick up crap with his tires. Had that a couple times and then I gun it past them.

Bro, the other day going to work, I was behind some truck and I switched lanes to get away from it, when I did, he must of stepped on a rock, and it flew over to my car which at the time, I was already on the other lane. It was weird cause it hit the front bumper and it then hit the top windshield. Lucky for me, nothing happened to my 8..

What? I would have to hand that guy the biggest douche award.

Most (major) insurance companies cover these free of charge (well, its covered in your comprehensive plan, nothing is free). State Farm repaired my windshield after being hit by a small piece of rock that chipped the glass. now, i cant even see where it was.
