Chronic CEL

I got my 8 in Feb of '04 and I've pretty much had an intermittent CEL since a week or two after I bought the car. It will be on for a few days, then off for a few days, etc. Unfortunately, when I brought my car in for oil changes or other little stuff, the CEL of course was never on then, so they couldn't tell me anything. It finally was on when I had my last oil change, and they diagnosed it as a low voltage problem, so I got the new battery and a starter. So after that it was fine for a day or two and then the CEL comes on again. Now I have another oil change next week and the CEL has been on for about two weeks straight now so I told them about it and they will try to diagnose it again. The car has always driven perfectly and I definitely have never noticed anything wrong (funny sounds, etc.) Anyone else have this problem? I kinda doubt it is anything serious, but it's just annoying seeing that light on and off all the time.

The dealer should be able to get the code stored in your PCM. Ask them for the code and have them explain them to ya.
