Clear corner bulb question

Clear corner bulb question
I'd answer this for myself, but I don't feel like dismantling my turn signals to get an answer...
Are the stock amber bulbs in the clear corners brighter than the so-called "stealth bulbs" that many of us have installed?
I went straight from the stock setup to the clears with stealth bulbs, never bothering to check their brightness relative to the amber bulbs that came with the corner lights. It just seems like those stealth bulbs leave a lot to be desired brightness-wise, though that may be partially because I jimmied out the reflector.

Many stealth bulbs are not as bright as stock, that is true. It's because of the chrome shade over the bulb. The expensive stealth bulbs are made of chrome material so their brightness is closer to stock. But it still isn't the same.
