I bought a pair of clears off EBay from seller K5com for $43 + $7 shipping. (From Tokyo!)
This guy was super great. I bought my pair from him and only checked one of the two lenses. (I was still waiting from stealth bulbs to arrive from Autolumination.) A few weeks went by as I had a business trip to China and Japan until I went to install them last week.
Murphy strikes again! I got two left lenses. Doh!!
I sent an email to the seller, Shigehiro Suzuki and got a response the next day. (He is in Japan and that week is Golden Week in Japan, a national holiday week.) But he still responded right away. Nice!
I sent two pictures to Suzuki-san showing what a dumb a$$ I am for waiting to unwrap the parts while I'm doing the installation. (Note left and right do not match)
I also took a pic of the two identical parts. (I didn't want him to think I was scamming him for another lens.)
Suzuki-san wrote back immediately and sent this picture. (He just wanted to double check I needed a right lens before he'd ship it.)
I appreciated the overkill communication as it's better to confirm than duplicate a mistake.
Suzuki-san sent the new right lens immediately and I received it less than one week later. He said there was no need to return the extra left lens. (So I guess I have a spare.)
Anyway, for any of you sitting on the fence worrying if the EBay seller is legit, this guy is HIGHLY recommended.
- Genuine Mazda parts
- Good packaging
- Fast shipping
- Excellent communication
- Good ethics and customer service.
Kudos to Suzuki-san (Seller: K5com)

LOL, Since Murphy's Law loves to screw around with me, I'd better hold onto it in case it gets damaged. Of course Murphy will probably strike on my new right lens. (The one in which don't have a spare.)
