What is better Raceing beat reflash or Cobb accessport? i want somthing thats going to increase my rpm range and give me the most hp and tq out of my rx8 if anyone has any input please let me know.

Oh boy, I hope you have thick skin. You are going to get the usually, " To lazy to search and read the thousands of posts". Some people including myself will give you a straight answer.

I suggest the AP from Mazda Maniac. He will send you a veriety of tunes based on your vehicle/modifications. You will then try to out, monitor the LTFT/STFT A/F ratio (very easy to do) and then switch tunes as needed until you basicly have a custom tune. The racing beat is only a good safe tune that works well on all 8's.

With the AP you can also reflash your vehicle if you want to change your tune to a stage 2 or stage 3 (race) when available and then back to stock if you want. If you want to go FI you can use the AP and save money oer the cost of a stand alone. You can also read and clear cels.


Lastly, if you dont like it or dont need it anymore, you can always reflash back to stock and put it up for sale and be out very little money.

 

This will take care of him.
