Which Coilovers?

Which Coilovers?
I'm looking to upgrade my 8's suspension with new coilovers. Driving is mostly spirited street with an occasional track day. Don't mind a little stiffer ride, but not teeth rattling. I'm thinking of the Tein MonoFlex Winding Master, KW Variant 3's, or Pettit Racing Track Pro Stage II. Does anyone have any experience with any of these? What do you like or dislike about them? Do they allow easy ride height adjustment for Summer/Winter driving? Easy adjustment for street vs track settings?
Thanks in advance,
Glass

I'm partial to the Bilstein PSS9's I run with on the street and autocross.
Relatively soft spring rates compared to others (450lb f and 275lb progressive rear) but spring rates aren't everything when it comes to performance. The height adjustment is relatively straight forward to adjust. The dampening on the front shocks is adjustable via a **** at the top of the strut mount in the engine bay. Because the rear are an inverted monotube, to adjust the rear dampening you have to reach under to the lower mounting point. Easily done in 2 minutes. These also don't have mandated rebuilds that other high end coilovers have. They are also relatively inexpensive (imo) for their level of performance. Btw, German build quality rocks.
