cold intake and warranty

I know alot of ppl have issue on their warranty because modified cold intake or racing intake...
I am afraid take my 8 to dealer because they might avoid my warranty for stupid cold intake....
anyway, I modified AEM cold intake and greddy exhaust.....(I think I am going to remove B&B midpipe....it starts to get annoying...)
I know exhaust shouldn't be issue because they cannot prove that aftermarket exhaust will mess up the engine....
Anyway, I know cold intake will do....
So here is my question.
Mazda has mazdaspeed cai and exhaust.
If I switched with that it shouldn't avoid the warranty right?
Let me know

They can't void your warranty unless you have a problem AND they can prove that problem originated from your aftermarket component.

If you do a search you will find lots of information about this question.

mazdaspeed parts will not void your warranty. the dealer will see it and be fine with it.

Yeah I was going to say I just did that and i have one in and its not going to void your warranty at all. There's nothing wrong with it.

Warranty worries is one of the reasons I went with so many MS parts. I'd rather not deal with dealer crap while I'm in warranty... now after the warranty is over it's ON!

You should note that AEM makes the Mazdaspeed CAI.
