Nah its cool, I always warm it up but do that just as a precaution. Im in the navy and can't afford, "sorry I'm late my car was flooded". And I couldn't afford the spark plugs the first time I flooded it. I was a noobie, and didn't know better. The spark plugs were $125 a piece. So now maybe its just habit. I hate getting into my car and needing to be somewhere and being set back 10-30 minutes because my car flooded. Just to add, I was mentioning the bad clutch pedal earlier today, and guess what, mine broke off tonight.. lol...

On the coils, the current version is "B", from Mazmart. That implies there was a basic, and an "A".

Everyone's story is different, some people have few problems, others are on their 4th engine and less than 100k miles...it's a roll of the dice. Id say it's worth the risk, the whine of the RX8's Wankel will keep you drunk with happiness

Man I hope so. I'm already committed and I'm the better part of a year away from owning one

I agree with RX8sold4EVO, but wouldn't agree with his trade off on an EVO. just joshin' ya!!. Man, ever car has its perks and flaws. I give every car its due, the geo metro, ugly car but 50mpg. The corvette, only two seater, but fast as hell. the prius, gas saver and its cool to be at a stop light and the car not be running. I love cars in general and would suggest the one that best fits your personality and lifestyle.

All i'm looking for is something i can throw the wife in and go for a warm summer night ride and turn a couple of heads down by the beach

I'm past the "speed" phase in my life, which is my i'm selling my WRX. Just looking for something unmodified, that for a while at least, I can start it up and go.
