coolant light comes on when accelerating on the hwy and then goes away???

coolant light comes on when accelerating on the hwy and then goes away???
So after the coolant flush and everything, now another issue. When im driving on the highway, the coolant light will come on and stay on for a few minutes and then go away, sometimes when I brake or slow down it goes away too. I check the coolant and its fine. Thoughts?

If it gets near the low level it will light up. Check it when it is cold in the morn. Add enough to get it near the full mark and if it comes on again then you will need a new tank.
