I'm gonna go ahead and guess the winner gets... a key scratch!

I hope I'm wrong, but if high school hasn't changed since 04, your car will get keyed.

Jesus christ, dare i ask how old some of you are? im in england and bought mine when i was 18 which a monumental task, trust me. Alot to buy the car, ALOT to insure and alot to run it. i understand that fuel is cheap as dirt over your way and your not taxed on the air you breath like we are in britain. But the fact (as far as im aware) that you learn to drive at 16 and have rx8's whilst your at school?! that would never be possible over here without extremely rich parents :P so to hear about porsches and rx8's being mentioned within a school context :O is a very shocking prospect to us (slightly ignorant :P) brits lol

just my observation :P

Fuel's not cheap here, but we certainly don't have some of the ridiculous taxes you guys have there!

Plus, I believe the exchange rate in cost of cars imported from Japan favors us over you guys, which is why a lot of us can get the RX-8 for a relatively cheap price.

Glad I don't live in Britain. I drove a 280ZX Turbo in High school and got a Z28 for graduation and I am definitely not rich.

Since high school sucks and no one there knows what the hell they're talking about, I'd recommend just not entering. People will likely think you're even cooler for that.

Sorry dude, wrong side of the Revolution.

in all seriousness, it is ridiculous for HS kids to have Porsche's and the like. 8's are pushing it too, I'm middle class (in NY, higher cost of living that vast majority of places) and I couldn't afford mine used until I got a job out of college.

Yeah well how rich people spend there money is a bit different. My bosses daughter is 16 and drives a C63. Painful I know but you have to realize 60k to him is like 5k to a middle class person. I used to get upset about that kind of stuff but I remind myself of how I felt when I used to look at having a 30k car was a pipe dream. Haha, and now my 30k car is a 9k car.
