Dear God!

And I whine about 94 and humidity in the Southeast. I worked for RPS one summer in Phoenix on a loading dock where it hit the 120's in the trailers, 129 on the air temp is just freaking crazy.

Anyhow, my point, maybe you might consider using a "swamp cooler" which is just a fan with a water reservoir that mists/cools large areas, I wouldn't recommend it i most people's garages, but with temperatures in the 130's, and almost 0 humidity the water would likely evaporate before it ever contacted anything...

Without A/C in an environment where the external air temp is that hot, it doesn't sound like a fan is gonna do it.
