The idea simplified is using a second cylinder or rotary in our case to compress the air prior to introducing it to the compression chamber.

The nice part is the 2 rotars can be different sizes. Hence your compression chamber gets more air into the detonation chamber acting as a supercharger. You'd also be able to optimize the best detonation point.

I'm off to search on why rotaries get awful milage. :P

I like it, built-in supercharging by enlarging the compression rotary's capacity.
