? We're building a house over the next year n a half or so... Any ideas would be helpful.

My best recollection was watching the TV weatherman, Albert Flores, tell everyone not to drive unless it was an absolute emergency. I went to the grocery store about an hour later and saw him in line buying beer!

Nice looking house. I like the hardwood floors and balconies. But especially the layout of the kitchen. As someone that likes to cook, the central counter is a great thing to have for all the various ingredients and mixing bowls, etc...

WOW! That's a gorgeous house! In fact, it's almost exactly what I'd want for a home, the two story great room with the balcony above is one feature that I dream about. I can only imagine what that set you back...probably more than my poor *** will ever be able to afford
