Crisco On the Dipstick?

Crisco On the Dipstick?
No, no, no, it's not the latest recommendation for good sex from the Kinsey Institute ...
Today when I took my car to the filling station, I checked the oil for the first time since right after I got it changed about 4 weeks ago. The engine was still ice cold (overnight low in the 20's) and there was some sort of whiteish crisco-like crap up and down the dipstick. It looked like someone greased the stick with white lithium grease! A LOT of it.
Has anyone else seen this? Here's a picture of it.
By the way, the oil level was fine, and according to the shop, they put in Pennzoil 5w-20.
It makes the car look like it has a yeast infection!
???

That's NORMAL? oooookay .... that sounds like one of the four biggest lies in the world. The other three are:
1) the check is in the mail.
2) I won't come in your mouth.
and
3) I'm from the federal government and I'm here to help you.
czr - thanks. Actually, that's what it looks like, so might as well be humorous, right?
