My car got keyed. Thankfully, it wasn't a big scratch, and it's not something glaringly terrible.

Tajabaho - you once wrote that the feeling of having your 8 back after having it been damaged and gone for so long can be compared to sex - my friend - you couldn't be more accurate...

The only thing i can really add or say is that the feeling is not so much like **** star sex...but more like a first night kinda thing...anticipation...butterflys...the whole 9...

Yeah yeah yeah i know...it's an AT but still...i forgot how responsive the car was...and how quick it is...i've been driving ford taurus', ford f-150's and 1 honda accord...so you can only imagine...

Thanx everyone for the support! tho it's only been a month it feels like a freakin' year...my 8 is new to me again!

Nice to see your car back--have you thought of getting some new rims? The 16" AT ones were a poor Mazda choice.

Yeah the 16's don't do the 8 justice

but during that grueling negotiation at the dealership when i first got my car...they told me that if i were to get the 18's it would've been damn near 2k for some OEM rims!

i know it was a damn lie but i guess that's what i get for talkin' em' down from 23k to 20,9 then telling them i actually had a 6k down payment...hehe

hopefully if everything goes well - i may pick up those 18"AME wheels from Lazi - Seeing as to how they're priced pretty well and their shop is located pretty close...

Yeah tell me about it - honestly if it wasn't for the fact they stalled me for the past two weeks i would highly suggest them...they did a damn good job - If i were just to grade them on their work tho, i would say that they're probably one of the best repair shops i've ever been to.
