It's just such a small deal that it doesn't seem worth making a stink over it, but on the other hand, the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

BTW I'm 35 and a repeat customer who has spent nearly $80,000 at the dealership on cars for the family over the past 12 years or so, so I should expect decent service.
You need to start buying beter quality cars. ROFL.

any dealership (or any store really), is going to stock parts based on sales history, if it sells, they will stock it, if it doesnt sell they wont. we sell about 5-6 a month, right now the computer wants me to have 6 visors.
