I read the advisor on reflashing to M calibration and my Vin number was on it. I just got my Rx8 a few days ago (Sept 18). My dealer got it from another dealer (about 100 miles away). The vehicle was built feb. 2004 (not as recent as some) ... but when i checked it was not calibrated for M. Glad I called Mazda who checked the vehicle history and said I have to take it back to the dealer. I scheduled for tomorrow. Dang! Dealers don't seem to do all the advisory. That other dealer probably had this car for a while on their lot

there should be some kind of repercussions to your dealer. it clearly states that all cars in inventory MUST be updated before being sold. and the MSP is several months old now so there is NO EXCUSE for it not having been done. they owe you something.
