I'm pretty new to this forum and was just wanting to see if anyone has experienced issues from the dealer not wanting to fix your car based on service bulletins? I've had the same similar problems as posted in many of the forums.

1. The rough idle at around 900 - 1K RPMs with the oil light coming on while driving at 80 - 90mph on the interstate.

2. A/C cycles are so strange, it doesn't really appear to get cold enough...and definitely need that in GA, of course my move to NJ will put that on hold for a bit!

The dealer looked at some of these issues and said because they can't repeat the problems that they can not fix the problems even with the service bulletins I supplied them. Hell, not asking for all the SBs to be addressed, just a few of them I've actually experienced! I'm almost worried about this dealership and thinking of going elsewhere to get a more qualified opinion....it appears that this place is more focused on "domestics" (Chevy dealership w/ Mazdas) than a Mazda....w/ only 1 Mazda tech.

Don't wait. Go elsewhere and stay elsewhere. Reward those dealerships who value customer service.
