Well I was lookin under the hood and I saw 2 stickers (one on either side of the engine at the top of the firewall) that said dealer modification and then has a handwritten number on each. Does anyone else have this? I got it used so I don't know exactly if they are recalls or what but if anyone else can help me out. I did a search and nothing came up.

 

Did you try searching for the code written on the stickers? Here are links to stickers on my 8.

Same here. I bought a used 8 (build date 07/03) I noticed a sticker on the break booster (I think that's what is called). The sticker said, "Authorized dealer modification" and there was a number. I must investigate.
