Well I guess I was wrong.... They are still trying to charge me. They said they called mazda USA.

Updates they said were:

MSP16
SSP67
SSP77

damnit... let the war begin.

find out exactly what they're trying to charge you for, it really can't be for the msp16. and like nycgps said, flashes supersede older flashes.

if they're trying to charge for diagnostics, stick this up their asses

You are definitely getting he run around. Have you spoken with the service manager at the dealership? If not then call and ask for him and let him know you spoke with MNAO and you should not be charged for MSP16.

SSP67 is a powertrain warranty extension program.
SSP77 is the 8 year engine core warranty extension program
MSP16 is a PCM reflash

Tell the dealer to cram it sideways up the ***!!!!!!
Nothing there you need to pay for!!
How in the hell can they charge you for mazda extending their warranty policy???
God I wish you were here in Baton rouge, my dealer asked no questions, did the reflash and I had mentioned that the car started sluggishly so they threw in the updated starter too!!
I didn't pay ****!!! Just my gas to get to the place.

Ya.... I wish.

So they are jacking me.... Now since I refused to pay, they are keeping my car till tomorrow. I told them I want to be there when they talk to Mazda on the phone.

LOL "Dealer ripping me off?"

If you have to ask....

If you pay, you're the sucker. Tell those ******** that you want 1/30th of your car payment for holding your car hostage overnight.
