Dealer Scratched Radio and Molding During MP3 Installation (170kb of photos)

Some of the dealers should not be dealers; that is absolutely unacceptable... If they can not even put a radio in without all of that damage forget about the whole dash, I would make them give me a new car; and make sure to take pictures and send them to Mazda...

BTW, I've actually talked to several people and apparently dealers scratching interiors while installing stereos is not uncommon. Even professional shops sometimes do it (as in God of Thunder's case). Before the WRX and RX8, I always upgraded my cars' stereos and speakers myself and I never scratched anything (well anything visible). So from now on I'll just do it myself.

Don't go for the buff out option if you have ANY other choice. You will always notice it because YOU know where it is. Make them do all of the replacements, and make them throw in another option for the pain and suffering.
I get really nasty when somebody screws up my stuff for no other reason than stupidity or carelessness. If they thought they were having a problem getting it all apart they should have stopped and asked for help. Or hell they could have told you that they just don't think they can do it without F'ing up your car. I could respect that.
