deer and motor mounts
I hit a deer with my '05 Shinka in Oct. 2010. It was just under 19,000 miles. The collison fixit guy wouldn't believe me when I told him I thought the new vibration was the motor mounts so he didn't even check them out. When I got the car back to a Mazda dealer and all he did was put it in gear and said the motor mounts are bad I about puked. Then the insurance co. refused to cover them because 1. Mazda knows the motor mounts are no good to begin with 2. the collision guy didn't add it on to the repair list 3. hitting a deer "is not a high impact situation" Mazda wouldn't replace the mounts because 1. I hit a deer 2. the car was out of the warranty time period (even though not past the mileage limit) I paid for the mounts. What do you think?

well, you cant say the accident damaged the motor mount, so you really have no choice just pay it yourselves.
sorry cant really help you on this since your car is outta warranty and you dont have evidence that the motor mounts were damaged due to the accident.

Try to get a lawyer, it will cost you, but it could help you fix the problem(s) you have. I don't know if it's a good idea, i'm just not sure. You only have a few options to use, like this one.
