Dented aluminium drivers side rear door

Whats the best method for repairing dents on rear aluminium doors (DENT CONSIST OF 2 FINGER SIZED IN DENTATIONS)?

I think one of the easier way would be the Paintless Dent Removal, cheap too. Not sure if that's available over in GoldCoast though?
