well stop wacking it..the value of your car just went south

 

today is the 3rd day i got my car, and its in the shop replacing the brakes. inside, im very excited i know its the 3rd day, but i want to drive around in the 8!

 

I can't even tell you guys how excited I am to drive my car today!!! Gonna take a quick shower then take her out for a nice long drive.

 

word i'm about to do the same...and go on a few detours on my 1 hr route....

 

Hell yeah, I still get excited!
I need to hear that beep!
If I don't get my fix, it's all I think about until I can go lay a few mm of my Bridgestone's on some un-suspecting piece of tarmac!

up to about 7k miles on my 8 now.

I love the way that it drives so innocently when you keep the revs down below 4k. It acts just like a good little commuter car until you downshift and mash the gas and it takes off like a scalded cat.

 

reading all these queer posts about people's love for the rx-8 makes me frown...

ive only had the opportunity to drive my car a handful of times since i bought it a month ago. Its spent more time in the shop than it has my own garage... so as of right now, yes.. driving my car is a blast. but an incredibly annoying and frustrating blast.
