Does your 8 make you happy
Maybe a dumb post and maybe a repost but I had a really bad day at work and I was really down. While driving home the normal twisty road back to my house had no snow and for some reason no cars! After some sprited driving I came to the road to my house which was packed snow and ice, with the help of my new M3 tires my car made it up the street (littered with stuck cars) and up my steep driveway.
The point of this whole story was that I have been happy and smiling since. I am really happy about getting the 8 its a great car and puts a smile on my face no matter what.
Anyone else feel the same way?

I get happy...the sad thing is, I travel between two buildings at work as I am in IT. Everytime I go outside, my eyes end up looking at the sexy, round ***...of my car...I always catch myself smiling.

I find that the drive home after work is often the high point of my day. I can honestly say that every time I get in the car I get a lift.
Sometimes when I'm cruising along passing a building with an all glass front I find myself staring at my reflection as it jumps from window to window. I feel a little ridiculous until I realize no one is there to laugh at me. So I just watch my car's reflection and think "now that looks good." I'll really feel stupid if I sideswipe a parked car while I'm admiring myself and my wheels.

Absolutely! Whenever I drive my 8 I can't stop smiling...and throughout the day I find myself taking little visits to the garage just to admire her which again brings on a smile!

My 8, well yes she is real happy , she got a new Stainless Greddy under her on Saturday so she is smiling! I love my 8 it is so much fun to just breeze around and now Push up the RPMS and hear the sound of the gredddy and passing people and hearing the sound off there cars. I love this car no matter what it will put a smile on yoru face...and about the " Sexy ***" yes our 8s have a sexy ***, not to big not to small, just enough to make you smile and want to rub it and now with 2 Greddy Pipes sticking out she is ready for playboy!!

Another thing that makes our 8's so special is that, at least in my part of the country, they are not a common sight on the road. There are many Z cars but very few 8's...so everyone is always eyeballing the car trying to figure out what it is...plus admiring it. It is just one beautiful piece of art!!!!!!!!

That was one of the reasons why I finally(and thankfully) went with the 8.

I am a field engineer covering 7 states and drive about 40,000 miles per year. I hate being away from home so much, but if I am going to spend several hours a day driving, this is the way to go. Some people say, you are killing the car putting that many miles on it, but I am a smiling man enjoying my day driving. Rather that, than leave it in the garage!!

I have to say that after a long day of work the only thing that saves my sanity is getting in my car and going home. And it isn't that getting home part I'm looking foward to, it's the drive ^_^.
