Don't you just hate it?

When your parts come in on a Tuesday and you don’t have the time to do the install till Sunday? Think it would be bad if I skipped the pumpkin pie on Thursday and instead installed my Greddy? Bad time of the year to do mods, boy this car can sure can suck the free time out of you

It seems all the aftermarket exhausts are lighter, I'd be surprised if it wasn't. :o

Muffler => 28 Lbs.

Pipe => 6 Lbs.

Will weigh the stock after I remove it.

Hrm does it increase HP or change the Sound? How much did you pay for it, and how hard do you think it will be to change out?

Is it just a wrench and some muscle?

not true, from what i've read the racing beat is as heavy as the stock version if not heavier.

It was $503 + shipping at http://www.revhighonline.com

Direct Link

Aftermarket exhaust offer little HP gains for the 8, Mazda did a good job HP wise with the OEM exhaust. I purchased it for looks and sound. There are five rubber hangers and two flanges with two bolts each. So it looks simple, the only hard part reported is in the removal of the rubber exhaust hangers. I found this tool CLICK HERE along with a little silicone should make it easy. The only other thing is I think you need to remove the trim CLICK HERE around the exhaust tips, but I first will try to do it without doing that.

I hate it when my Zaino products arrive on a Tuesday, I can't wash until Sunday since car washing isn't allowed at my apartment and that's the day the leasing office is closed, on Saturday I get everything I need together for my stealth car wash, and then it rains on Sunday. Auugghhh!

I hate it when I get Zaino anytime from October - May because it's too cold to do anything :p

I actually just clay bar'd my car and a fresh coat of wax about 3 weeks ago on a freak 75 degree day.. too bad we're supposed to get up to 4" of snow today

Congrats on the Exhaust! Looks nice and everything I have seen/heard on the GReddy are all good.

Do to my great wife I was able to do the install today. Less than 2 hours and other than a crack in one exhaust trim pieces a very easy mod. The stock exhaust system is ONE pound more than this Greddy set up so no weight savings here. One thing that didn’t give me any problems was taking off the rubber hangers. With the tool below LINK I took off all five in five minutes.

Nothing to add I just want to be part of this revival. But I do hate having parts sitting there doing nothing.
