Arrow dry nitrous 55shot or wet 55 shot

hi there im a owner of a 2004 velocity red with 30000 miles . i have beeen wanted to put a 50 or 55 shot for a while but i dont know to much about nos. should i go with the dry 55 shot just to be more safe or go ahead and install the wet . i have read thread of alot of people using wet but im kind of scare to blow my motor. please let me know some opinions since im planing to use it a quite often im in the military and here we go to car shows and races all year including the german race wars and the nurbrging race track. thanks for your commments

Hey, so if you did have nitrous, when do you use it? Like, in first gear? Second? Right at the bottom of the rev range or what? And how long does a shot last?

first thing to know is that its called nitrous. not nos, that makes you sound like a ricer. nos is a brand. its like calling gas exxon or chevron.

the company most commonly used for the rx8 is zex.

there is currently only one real option being used. 55 wet shot. Use it whenever you'd like. You flip the power switch and at wide open throttle it kicks in.

funny....the only thing that didnt blow up in my car was the motor......but hey im just different that way

Go to the Nitrous Thread posted by alz0rz. I have a 65 wet shot but it has been painstakingly tuned by Mazdamaniac on the dyno for about 2+ hours to get this to work.

Just read that thread and you should find everything you need to know.
