i just had my first fillup the other day since i bought my car. It was 56$ to fill the tank 3/4 of the way. It hurt...but it comes with the territory of the car being so fun to drive. I bought the car knowing this so..meh what am i gonna do~

by next summer i should have enough saved up for a turbo kit for the 8...
or a street bike.... whats the best bet?.. does anyone think gas prices
next summer will be lik $6-7 cause if so im totally choosing the bike.

since i hear you cant help it when the car has a turbo.....guess its a bike
...for now ...im never getting rid of my 8 love it to much...so maybe one day I'll have a turbo 8

bike first seems the smartest way to go, otherwise you will be spending all you money after you get the turbo on gas, atleast with a bike you can save on gas (vs. turbo RX8) when its nice out.

That is ridiculous! Cycling burns up tons more money in body fuel than rx8! All the meals you have to eat out on the road since you'll never make it home in time to cook dinner, all the electrolyte fluids you are drinking, all the energy bars you are munching, all the vitamins and glucosamine + MSM + hyaluronic acid supplements you are taking to keep your joints for getting taken out like an apex seal. All the protein recovery and extra carbs you will be consuming.
It is much more expensive than driving rx8.
