Dummy question: A/T tranny fluid overfill?

So I checked the fluids yesterday night. The oil consumption is about 3/16 inch (on the dipstick) for 300 miles. I guess that's normal.

Then I checked all the other fluids they are all ok except the AT tranny fluid.

It was 80f outside. I cleaned the tranny dipstick and inserted it back. Then pulled it out and checked the level. Surprisingly
it's way above the 65c full line. It was 2 or 3 inches above the F mark.

Last time the dealer added fluids so I've no idea what they did.

I know this is really stupid but do you think it's reasonable b/c I never know it can be that full. If that's real, does the overfill could possibly damage the tranny?

I tried couple times but received the same result. Do you guys

At a minimum, the engine should be warmed up, running and in "park" while checking the AT fluid on a level parking spot.
