My crank essential recently seized up and causing me to need a new engine. My question is, what are some good precautions I should with having a brand new engine? I have yet to own a brand new car so I'm used to cars that are already "broke in". I have heard from other people that I want to "baby" it for the first 2k miles, and a few other things about a new engine, but that wasn't for an 8. Any and all information would be great!
