You can get a 2008 Z4M with really low mileage for a steal these days. It has a ton of performance, nice looks and very rare...especially the coupes.

I am REALLY happy I bought mine...should be plenty of sports car for you. Just a suggestion.

On track the 370z definitely is, I have driven them both on track.

You are complaining about a lack of mid-range power in the Z compared to the 335i but are looking to get into another '8?

Also, if you are trying to save money, getting a new car is a bad idea. Period.

Now, if you are looking to do trade, I have an '05 with 26k miles that's been running like a champ. I wouldn't even charge you extra.

get a used 8 or a c6 ... i havent read through the thread but if you dont need 4 seats the c6 is your best bet IMO then again each persons choice and taste varies ...
