Failure :(
Okay, so I gave this guy a ring.. It was VERY un-eventful.
I asked him one question:
Why do you want to sell it? (Very legitimate question)
He said:
None of your business, and hung up.
Thinking it's just a scam ad.
This sucks, I wanted to humiliate him
But i guess posting that add that he has in the paper is humiliation enough.
Maybe someone already called him and made fun of him? Or maybe he's on this forum? Meh, either way. Sorry all!

oh of course its none of our business...and hes not being shady, hes just embarrassed because hes a true DUMBASS! FAIL FAIL FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!

Somehow, I don't think he'd give that out either.
Seemed like he had pretty broken english, and there was a loud annoying woman in the background, too.
I'd send him a text, but I don't want him calling me back (texts show your ph#)..

Until info to the contrary comes up, he could be a "Curber". There's been a lot of press about these unlicenced dealers who buy cars of dubious origin (usually salvage in another province) and then place ads in the papers. They often have a bunch of ads on the go at any one time; they have a great story, but on questioning have no info on the car. These guys' names are not on the title, and recourse is very limited in case of fraud.
Also, I think the price is a big giveaway. RX prices in the Vancouver area are more like this: (from the Auto Trader).
2004: (4 cars) Avg: $20,145
2005: (1 Car) $24,821
2007: (4 cars incl. 2 demos) +$30,000

the 2cyl thing happens all the time because the classified add maker make syou put in how many cylinders- you have to choose something. some peopel chose 4 cylinder because it makes sense to non rotary people others trick a 2 in there. thats nothing unusual for rotaries in classified ads.
