Finally got my 8
I finally picked up my 8 saturday. Its a Velocity Red 04. The only options it has are spare tire kit and apperance package. Its a manual of course. Its was a perfect weekend to pick it up to, its been high 50s and beautiful out since SAT. All i can say is i absolutley love this car. Ive gotten so many compliments on it already. Im so damn happy. :D

Welcome! You'll have to excuse some of the mess here; should be settled in a few days. Get used to the big grin whenever you clean/drive/see/think about your car.

Congrats on the new 8! Yeah, the weather's been GREAT the last few days. I did a major car wash Saturday to get the salt off and install fender strakes. If we get more snow, PARK IT! Now you just need to join MSCW, if you haven't already.

The appearance package includes the front airdam, side sills that run from just behind the driver's seat to the rear wheels, and "spats" behind the rear wheels (sort of little aero fairings that take the position of where mudflaps would be).
The spoiler on the trunk is a separate option.
Here's a picture of my car with the appearance pack and trunk spoiler.

I'm not a fan of anything but the front dam, actually. The car I was looking for was a GT in Yellow without Navi, and every one of them that I could find had the appearance pack and the wing. I've toyed with removing the rocker flares and rear wheel spats. I hate the damn spoiler, but the trunk lid is drilled to mount it, so, there it stays.
