Finally got it running
Posted a thread the other day about my 8 not starting.

I took the battery out and had it checked. Guy said battery was good but was very weak. So, I charged it up and though it "tried harder", the car still wouldn't start. Borrowed a buddy's charger/booster and still wasn't enough to get the engine to even try to fire. Jumped it to my running Dodge Ram (huge battery) and began to see progress. White smoke poured from the exhaust everytime I tried to start it up. After about an hour or so of time of trying over and over, I finally got it to start and run but it ran really rough for a while.
It was low on gas so I drove it straight to the only station in town that sells ethanol free premium gas and filled it up. Car stalled at stop lights several times as I drove it around and hesitated bad on accelleration. But each time it stalled, it started right back up fine. Ironically, just as it began to run pretty smooth, the CEL came on. Code was P0300 (random cylinder misfire). Cleared the code and drove it around some more and the more I drove it, the better it seemed to run. Now it seems like normal. Starts right up and runs smoothly at idle and accellerates great.
My question is, should I be concerned about that code, especially if I don't see it again anytime soon? Was it probably just because it was flooded so badly on low gas and running the "bad gas" out and flowing in some fresh premium helped bring it back to life?
My daughter drove the car the past 2 days without issues and it seems to be back to normal. I just hope it stays that way but want to make sure there isn't something I need to be concerned about.

No... musfires are common.
You do need to change the plugs as this issue will return because the plugs are fouled.
Make sure you charge the battery over night, now that it is running.

Thanks. Is changing the plugs in one of these things a major deal? I did a lot of looking around under the hood as I was dealing with getting it started and didn't really see anything that looked like easy accessible spark plugs. But probably just don't know where to look.
I recently changed the 16 plugs on my hemi and it took me 3.5 hours and I really needed to be double jointed to do at least half of them. Anything like that on the 8?
