mazdaspeed side mirrors

 

well i know everybody is going to hate this. i already purchased a aftermarket spoiler. i also have a windshield decal that says "zoom-zoom" and blue undrerbody lihgts. and i am looking into a rear view camera so i can black tint the back windows and put a decal on the window.

 

I am going to get the mazdaspeed carbon fiber engine cover to start. I will then get a better exhuast as soon as racing beat has one

 

Mainly all cosmetic mods.

In no specific order:
1. Lip Spoiler
2. Outlet Garnish
3. Exhaust Finisthers
4. Fog Lamp Set
5. B Pillar Garnish
6. Illuminated Shift ****
7. Maybe a few other interior mods

The engine mods (i.e. ECU, turbo) will definately come after the warranty period.

 

Gotta get nawwwwz! jk :D

 

The only thing I will do is add the lip spoiler (if I can't get it thru Mazda), and clear out the sidemarker lights.

I assume you mean the B-pillar garnish. Item #16 shown here.

Mainly asthetics. Performance mods will come after waranty expires :D.

 

Just curious... why? What advantage will it provide over the supplied engine cover, which will be a lightweight polymer capable of handling extreme temperature?

Go for MB quart on the Speakers.

VERY FIRST THING... A LOJACK SYSTEM!!

 

I have the complete Mazdaspeed exterior kit on order to be fitted to mine on arrival.

Other than that, I expect the Mazdaspeed shocks/springs and strut braces will follow soon after (unless other tuning companies bring out similar products)

If I ever get the RX-8. I would get:

aftermarket stereo system
aftermarket rims
tint
b-pillar garnish(after reading Rex8's post...hehehe)

And after warranty, FI.

If ever get into car accident and motor survives. Throw the renesis into a FD.

-kill the DRL if there's one

-hardwire radar detector
-LED illumination (Audi/Porsche)
-black out the tail light (not the lense but the chrome)

this should keep me busy for about 2 months or so

 

Do the Mazda dealer still provided the warranties' services after your guys had modified the 8 such as exhaust, suspensions and tires?

 

Tires yes, exhaust, probably, suspension, *maybe*. If the suspension is installed by the dealer then I'm sure they will but if not.... then you're up ***** creek
