flooding

First off i know this is a stupid question and you guys have been talking about it awhile just have 2 questions.

Hey guys Iam about to get a new RX-8 6spd manual and have never owned a rotary before. Can someone explain how and why the RX-8 floods? Also give me a few tips of what NOT to do to prevent flooding that would be awesome!

if you type in "flooding" it should come back with about 32,471 different threads/posts Well, maybe not that many, but quite a few.
