that 13.1 was on drag radials too. those are good for a few tenths as well, which explains why most rx8s with a greddy kit get mid 13s. they have street tires.
im sure with a mazsport or mm's upgraded greddy + drag radials you can break into the 12s.

The times I was able to drive an FD in the late 90s to this day it's still the most fun car I've ever driven. Power is the only thing missing in the RX8, but I understand why many don't and won't. That's a lot of money. I wanna S/C my S2000, because I know it will change the entire personality of the car, but the cost. One day I will though, when it's older and I 100% know I'm never gonna ever part with it.

My rx8 will have a 20b one day. Just a personal goal. I already know Im keeping this car forever. I have a very emotional attachment to it for personal reasons. Thats why I dont get too razzled by these threads, I love this car and Itll be as fast as I want it to be ONE DAY......

Going with Ike here... Can a 55 shot and boltons will get you the 10 mph of trap you'd need to take on some of those cars from a roll?
The Car and Driver article about the ProTech RX8 with a claimed 390 crank hp only trapped 109mph (13.5 second quarter) and did 0-60 in 4.9 seconds. For example, that's the kind of power you'd need to fight off an LS2 GTO that regularly traps 107mph bone stock and does 0-60 in 4.7 to 5.0 seconds.
Plain and simple, a 55 shot of N2O and boltons doesn't equal 390 crank hp. I don't think anybody will argue about that.
