I thought this thread was about you racing a F250 and losing.

Sorry about your car, but it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be...you racing a F250 and losing that is.

I am going through my insurance who will be seeking reimbursement from his insurance.

I have a ninja 250 to keep me moving but I don't like to ride in the rain so I will be getting a rental in a few days.

Initial estimate is $1,800.00 and and work would be done by Thursday.

Edit: They are going to repair and repaint the rear quater panel. New bumper cover will be installed. New stone guards.

In order to fix the rear quater panel though, they are going to have to remove the rear door, upper door assembly, the rear window, the weatherstrip on the roof.

I really hope they get this paint right.

Then after the repairs are done they are going to mount and balance that wheel, then do a four wheel alignment.

They said they drove the car and it felt fine. When I drove it, It wasn't fine. Then they stated the alignment should show any damance that is unseen.

Until then, Enterprise gave me a Jeep 4x4 Laredo. It is horrible. Top heavy, sways in corvers, doesn't shift right, brakes suck.

Well, I got my 8 back

Total damage was $2059.00

The car looks good. It also feels to ride the same way. There is condensation in the tail light now though. I am taking that back over to get it replaced tomorrow.

I will take some pictures when I have some free time.

Glad you're back in a proper vehicle. I received a Jeep Liberty as a rental loaner for a few days once - made me miss my 8 real bad.
It was actually a week turn around. It was done on the Thursday they had originally anticipated. I just haven't had time to post. I am very impressed with John Kennedy Mazda.

My clutch foot is very happy now. That Jeep was painful to ride in.
