I have a confession to make too...
Just for ***** last night I reved all the way up 9.5k before shifting from 2nd to 3rd. I never really noticed how awesome the Renisis pulls until then. I started @ 2.5k and it really felt like the car was actually pulling harder all the way up until I shifted!
I've been shifting mostly between 6.5k-7.5k because the whine of the unusually high revs still worries me (YES - I KNOW IT WONT HURT IT; PARDON MY INSTINCTS). After yesterday's little rush, though, I'm actually curious as to why the redline isn't higher! It really felt like I could have gone up to 11 or so before I started to lose some pull.
Hopefully I'll grow a pair soon so I can have more fun with the 9k shift

You all should try it, you'll see how much quicker it'll feel.
