Frustrated... (grin!)

...not because there is anything wrong with my '8 - there ISN'T, it's been trouble free, and I love it more and more each day - but because I've got all these cool mods to do to my '8 and IT'S TOO DAMN COLD TO DO THEM!!!

-Install Rotary Extreme CAI
-Install rear fog light
-Install custom grille mesh and re-do oil cooler opening covers with matching mesh
-Install 6 CD changer
-Install upgraded lighting

ARG! I've got all the parts just sitting on my workbench WAITING to be installed... but when I went out to work on it this morning, I was shivering so badly within 10 minutes that I couldn't continue. Even in my garage, it's in the mid 30s. AHHHHHHHRG!!!!!!!

Maybe it's time to invest in a Kerosene shop heater... :D

Send us some pictures of the parts you have installed. I wonder about the "rear" fog light, among with other items. I don't think it can be any color other than red, right?

My rear fog is a JDM part, and I don't yet have it installed. Comes in red only. I plan on posting "How to - with pics" threads on all the stuff that hasn't already been covered after I get them on the car.

Just a tip, the rear foglight fuse is on the drivers side under the hood if you ever get around to installing it.

Good point, thanks. But I think I'm going to wire it into my rear brake lights, as a "low mount" brake light. Be kinda unique, dontcha think?

Yes, it will be rather unique, but check your state's vehicle code (Colorado, right?) to see if this is allowed, since it will be VERY obvious every time you step on the brake! Also, I wonder what the driver right behind you will think of that BRIGHT red light in his/her eyes at the traffic light. I think having the rear fog light on a separate switch is a much better idea, but that's just my opinion.

Yeah, I've thought of that, and am gonna see how bright it is. If it IS too bright, I'm gonna put a lower wattage bulb in it, or somehow otherwise reduce the light output.
