Gasket maker

I know i know but i just cant wait. I have been diagnosing mostly by part swapping and cleaning different things. I know want to take the throttle body off and clean that but if the gasket gets wrecked i dont have money until next week for a new one. But i have a tube of hi heat gasket maker. Can i use that for the time being. Please dont yell at me if this is wrong lol.
