getting new engine mounts!

i have a 05. its only under power train and engine warranty as of may. i have had slight vibration at idle since i got it 5 months ago. it started getting worse the last month and the shifts felt like a lot of lash in the drive line.

i took it to get a oil change and inspection and told them to check the engine mounts because its vibrating at idle. after they finished the guy came back and said yeah you need new mounts, they are under warranty, will be here in 2 days.

i thought it was going to be a pain to get them to check them, let alone under the warranty. i thought i read that people were having problems getting them replaced under the power train warranty?

cant wait. i feel like this is going to make the car even better than when i first got it.

I just had mine done... I noticed a SMALL difference. Good thing yours were under warranty! Apparently they're fluid-filled, making the pair over $320 BEFORE labor. Only warranty left on mine is the 100k motor warranty.
