have them check the ignition coils and spark plugs, make sure they look clean and functional. Around 30k they should be ready to be replaced. Just dont have them change them out unless you want to pay high dollar. its much cheaper to do it yourself.
Also check to see if the MSP-16 flash was performed.
edit: I forgot some other things. After having them do a oil change, its best to do a transmission and differential fluid change. I do recommended getting a coolant flush and change as well. Its not 100% needed, but its great to have done before a road trip especially in hot weather.
Also check to see if the MSP-16 flash was performed.

Well the first thing I would check is just a visual inspection of the oil cooler & A/C compressor fins to see if they are blocked or damaged. Racing beat sells screens for the coolers that do a really good job of keeping rocks away.
Next just make sure all the cars lights are working,
Personally when I buy a sport type car/bike/etc I like to re-tighten all the suspension bolts to spec. Probably want to rotate the tires and have the alignment checked as well.
Next thing I would inspect is the water pump to make sure its not going out.
Theres other stuff to check but it can get tedious, technical, and expensive if you can't/dont want to do the maintenance yourself. Coolant change, brake fluid change, plugs, coils, battery.
Maybe I should do a write-up....
