So, I won this on ebay. What are peoples opinions on the XS exhaust and obx Header?
It seems to be a really good deal.

Opinions?

i think you did not do enough research.

from the photos the header does not have the fittings for the air pump. that is one cel that is going to happen.

and the turbo xs, well lots of info on that.

i hope you like really, really loud.

Yeah, you might want to stick with using just the cat-back portion, or maybe header-back depending on noise tolerance. Not sure about their headers.

turboxs midpipe and exhaust sells for $499 brand new. So you're getting an OK deal, but it really isn't a huge bargain.

it is a $700 catback and a $300 midpipe, however turboxs sells both for $499 after a bunch of people on this forum pissed them off. They dropped the price saying they would discontinue the exhaust, but they've continued to sell it for the last 2 years at the $499 price tag. Maybe they lowered the price, then forgot to actually discontinue it, so they produce it at the lower rate. If that's the case, I hope more people on this forum **** off vendors.

once you get the turboxs, make sure to go to a muffler shop and have the exhaust tips replaced. the ones that ship with it look like ***, and are 4" too short, causing many people's exhaust shrouds to melt.
