Anyone know of any good places in Ottawa that has WDS/IDS and can do module reprogramming?
Any reviews, good or bad, are helpful

only place I can think of is DERAND AUTO SPORTS off of innes road, near st laurent blvd

Don't have a shop recommendation, but try the Ottawa mazda forum (ottawamazda.ca)

if you are looking for quebec shops, then ottawamazda forum is the way to go... most of the stuff on there deals with the other side of the border... and elite mazda

I recommend you contact the service manager, Cliff Veira, directly. I've been unimpressed with the service advisors. Cliff, on the other hand, is excellent.

They have a couple of techs who are really good with the RX-8. The first time I brought mine to them the guy who worked on it was Cliff, and I was very impressed with his ability to troubleshoot, as well as his professionalism.
