Got a call from Mazda today

I received a call from someone at Mazda that wanted my email address so that they could contact me to take a survey about my RX8. Anyone elso been called?

i think they called me a while back. I believe they wanted to check my satisfaction of the car and the dealership.

I actually got called today, but I think it was from the mazda dealership that did my recall work, not the corporate people. It was a brief satisfactio survery about my service experience.

I got a satisfaction survey call from Mazda months ago, and an e-mail survey from the local dealer.

Lots of forum members have been called and have completed the on-line survey. Do a search and read some of the comments.
