Got rid of my renny :-/
Well guys the day came that I finally got rid of my beloved rx8 :-( I still feel kind of bad even a month and a half later but I was just kind of stuck owning a r3 not being able to mod it. After driving my friends Isuzu rodeo and feeling the insane amount of torque that it put out I decided it was time. I couldn't find anything equivalent to the Isuzu so I had to settle for something a little less powerful. Ended up with a 2011 2SS/RS M6 camaro :-) It's cpo and still has 1 1/2 yrs of b2b warranty left :-D not to mention 400 ft lbs of torque vs 150 lol Although it's nothing like my 8 handling wise I was very surprised at how well it does handle for being such a big car! Anyways I thought I would share :-P the funniest part is the dealer right beside my house ended up buying my 8 so I see it every day now lol Thanks for all the help though and good times rx8 club! I'm sure ill be back :-D

I might like it better without the cowcatcher lip.
You coulda put a Rodeo engine in your 8.
There's a guy here that did...
Oh, wait, nevermind.

SugarFree, you won't be back, you made a really nice choice, enjoy it. And the best part, after a couple of years, you'll be looking at the new Vettes. Go enjoy your Camaro and your life. Never look back, unless you see lights and sirens. Then just go faster!!!

I'm sorry to see that you got rid of your r3. I hope that you will enjoy your new car.
The rx8 isn't what most people are looking for in a car. Power and torque aren't everything. Several of my friends have modded cars that would eat my rx8, but it doesn't change the fact that the 8 offers a unique driving experience.
Best wishes with your camaro!

Congrats on the new ride. I'd choose the newer mustang IMO but different strokes for different folks.
Bringing a new car to an "old" forum never goes over well. When I showed my RX-8 to the dsm forum I got bashed to all hell and I was a huge contributing member to the dsm crowd. People are just jerk-offs on forums now-a-days.
G' luck with your new ride, at least it's easier to keep those tires spinning!
