Good 'ol Vancouver.

Maricopa County (Phoenix, AZ proper) used to report 1,000 car thefts PER DAY... The police don't even come to your house to take a report. It's all handled over the phone. There might be more cars stolen per capita, but I think Phoenix is still the king in total volume! Also, consider that, that's the report for just ONE county in Arizona! Total overall, considering Yuma and Tucson, is staggering.

Easy remedy for all these thefts..off with the hand..then the other if they re-commit crime..lets see them try to rip something off with stubs!! Punishment is pathetic..we are too civilized sometimes..criminals see this as a walk in the park..do the crime, stay a week, and maybe get caught again after profitting from the crimes..pathetic..
