head light can't turn on

hi guys, i have a problem with my head lamp (both left and right), everytime i turn the **** to head light, i heard creaking sound, but it couldn't turn on. the fog lamp is on. i tried to see the fuse but couldn't pull it up, it's so hard.

Use long-nose pliers to pull the fuse, and check it.

Not sure what creaking noise you're hearing or what from.

If the fuse is OK, or if it's blown and replacing it causes another to blow, then you're headed to the dealership.

To be clear:

Both headlights will not light, but the parking lights and fog lights do light, correct? What happens when you switch on the high beams?

high beams are perfectly fine. the sound is coming from the under the hood. it's like it needs power.

HID's? The ballasts make a buzzing noise when they are working. the high beams are not HID and not connected to the ballasts.

the high beams are fine. just the low beam cannot turn on. btw i just checked the fuse. they're all okay.
